Terms & Conditions – Wildflowers Sensory Play - Social & Emotional Skill Development

Enrolment Fees

All children enrolled in the play groups must have an initial one-on-one behavioural consultation for $110.
Classes are 90 minutes and $90 per child, per session (excluding GST).
Total cost for one session per week over a 10-week term is $900 (excluding GST).
If public holidays shorten a term, the total cost will be reduced accordingly.
A $20 enrolment fee per term applies.

Payments

Bookings are made in term blocks and must be paid upfront.
Payment methods: bank transfer or cash.
Payment must be received 28 days before the first day of the term.
Wildflowers will not confirm a student’s position until payment is received.
A refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total term cost.

Student Absence & Make-up Sessions

Make-up sessions are offered if a child is unwell, subject to class availability and must be rescheduled within the same term.
Make-up sessions cannot be carried over to the following term and cannot be applied to discounted term fees.
Absence must be notified in writing (email or text) before the start of the designated class.
Classes are non-refundable due to student absence.

Late Arrival & No-Show

No-show: No make-up session will be offered.
Late arrival: The child may complete the remainder of the session; no additional time will be added.

Drop-off & Pick-up

Children must be dropped off and collected by a registered parent or guardian.
If another adult collects your child, confirmation must be sent in writing before the class.
Arrive 5 minutes before class to drop off and settle your child.
Collect children at the scheduled finish time, waiting outside the Nicholas Conomos Conference Room.
Children must be collected within 10 minutes of the session end.

Teacher Absence

If the classroom teacher is absent due to illness, the class will be covered by another teacher.
If no replacement is available, the class will be cancelled, and a make-up session or refund will be offered.

Communication

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Wildflowers staff follow all required safety procedures.
Wildflowers is not responsible for damage to student, parent, or guardian property or personal injury.
In case of unforeseen injury or illness, Wildflowers may:

Parents/guardians agree to cover all associated costs for treatments or transportation.

No Warranties

Wildflowers makes no guarantees regarding a child’s behaviour or performance.
Wildflowers has a duty of care but is not liable for a child’s performance during activities at the Nicholas Conomos Conference Room.
